School Leader as Coach 2020/21

 I am pleased to invite you and a senior colleague to register for the School Leader as Coach programme.

This programme is designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence to utilise coaching as a leadership tool that helps develop and improve the performance of the staff and ultimately the learning and teaching offered to pupils.  

The programme will:

• Explain the coaching process;

• Identify, describe and apply tools and techniques used in coaching practice; and

• Assist in developing your own coaching skills, as a means of supporting other staff through a whole-school approach.
