First-Time Vice Principals' Support Programme 2023/2024 - Registration of Interest

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.  Information for the next cohort will be sent out to schools when it becomes available.  In the meantime if you wish to join the waiting list for 2024-2025, please email mary.magill@eani.org.uk with your name, email address and school.

This professional learning course is designed for anyone newly-appointed to Vice Principal role in Northern Ireland school (Primary, Post Primary or Special).  

It will be consist of a 9 day programme - covering the following areas:

• Dynamic Vision & Values
• Emotionally Intelligent Leadership
• Leading Learning & Teaching
• Planning for Improvement 
• Making Conversations Count
• Leadership Matters.

This will be delivered in a hybrid manner, in person and online.

Day 1 will be in October 2023 and further details of dates will be sent to you, once you have registered for the programme.
