Planning for Improvement: This is the first of four workshops to support principals through the stages of development towards a collaborative and impactful school development plan.

This workshop will share the four stages of developing an owned and impactful School Development Plan (SDP). It will highlight the need and benefits of engaging all stakeholders in self-evaluation to inform the school development planning process. Principals will be provided with a possible timeline for creating the SDP, opportunities to share approaches with other principals and the offer of three further workshops across the academic year 2024/25 to enable them to pace the process and to complete a comprehensive 3-year plan.
