Susan Haughey from the Education and Training Inspectorate (ETI) explores the critical role vision, values and ethos play in shaping school culture and effectiveness.  She'll provide an insight into Empowering Improvement, ETI's new framework for inspection, including the guiding principles of inspection, the five core questions and nine contributory areas. This session will offer valuable strategies for school leaders and teachers to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment where all members of the school community can thrive.
