First-Time Principals' Programme (Day 6) - Finance (LMS)

This webinar will take place on Collaborate Ultra on Tuesday 9th February 2021 from 10.00-12.00. You will receive the weblink following registration and access to the room will be available from 9.30am.

The session will cover key aspects of financial management:

• The roles and responsibilities of the Board of Governors and Principal in relation to financial management;
• School Funding;
• Financial Planning; and 
• Understanding Oracle Reports for monitoring purposes.

Please Note:

As the main focus will be on Local Management of Schools the full content of the webinar will not be appropriate to Voluntary Grammar or Grant Maintained Integrated schools, although all first-time principals are very welcome to attend. 

This training is not relevant to Special Schools.
