Day One
- To increase awareness of the ways in which children and young people grieve
- To explore effective strategies which support children and young people through bereavement
- To provide a Bereavement Policy Framework
Day Two
- To provide guidance on developing a Critical Incident Management Policy and Plan
- To raise awareness of the many complex issues accompanying a critical incident
- To inform schools of the supportive role of the Education Authority Critical Incident Response Team
Course Details:
This course is a two day course and attendance on both days is compulsory.
