Aims and Objectives

To understand the process of educational transition and additional practices to optimise successful transition.
To reflect on issues and challenges around the transition of children with SEN and how it affects children, their families and educational professionals.
To consider how to prepare children with SEN for transition into a new setting.
To share good practice regarding transition and to introduce participants to our transition resource booklet.
