AIMS:
To enable DTs/DDTs to further their understanding of safeguarding and child protection issues in line with SBNI 4 year strategy, and updated DE guidance.
To increase DTs/DDTs knowledge and skills in the application of relevant safeguarding and child protection legislation, policies and procedures by drawing on their experiences to date.
Learning:
Revisit key aspects of your previous safeguarding and child protection training.
Consider recent trends and developments in safeguarding and child protection.
Use practice examples to reflect on the Designated Teacher Role.
Participants will be invited by the Child Protection Support Service Team
