About this event

The Introduction to Induction Core Day supports Early Career Teachers working in Special Schools and Specialist Provisions within mainstream schools as they begin their professional learning journey.  The day introduces the Induction process, including action planning, while exploring effective approaches for teaching and supporting learners with complex needs.  Through collaboration with experienced practitioners and engagement with the GTCNI Values and Competences, participants will build confidence, develop their professional identity and gain awareness of the resources and support available throughout their induction year.
