This session focuses on how wellbeing is intentionally developed in high-quality preschool and nursery settings. Drawing on practice at Ashgrove Nursery School, Paula Toale, Principal will explore how a nurturing ethos, strong relationships and thoughtfully designed environments support children to feel safe, valued and confident as learners. The session will highlight the role of staff interactions, inclusive practice and partnership with families in promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience, offering practical insights for embedding wellbeing in everyday early years provision.
