Target Audience: Teacher Tutors supporting Early Career Teachers through the Induction and EPD phase.

Teacher Tutors registered with the EA for the academic year 2026-2027 will have received an access code to enable them to apply for this event.

About this event

This webinar will take Teacher Tutors through the key components of the Induction and EPD portfolios, offering practical guidance on gathering, organising and quality assuring evidence. Participants will explore how the portfolio reflects the GTCNI competences and supports ECTs in developing as reflective practitioners.

Webinar Objectives

Deepen understanding of the structure and expectations of the Induction and EPD portfolios, including evidence collection aligned to the GTCNI competences.
Explore strategies to support ECTs in curating high-quality, reflective portfolio entries.
Identify opportunities for ongoing dialogue, feedback, and professional learning linked to portfolio development.
