This professional learning opportunity is suitable for newly-appointed Vice Principals.

Day 2: Vision & Values will take place on Tuesday 4 November 2025 in Antrim Board Centre from 9.15am - 2.45pm.

A compelling and dynamic vision is central to effective school leadership, serving as the foundation upon which all other strategic and operational decisions are built. This session will explore how a school’s vision and values are authentically embedded in everyday practice. Through a blend of interactive activities, reflective dialogue and a focused spotlight on practice, participants will engage deeply with the bedrock that drives meaningful school improvement. The day will be supported by case studies from other schools.
