This webinar will support Teacher Tutors to strengthen purposeful professional dialogue with Early Career Teachers, using observation and feedback as key tools to support growth. It will explore how high quality dialogue, grounded in observation, can promote reflective practice, professional learning and progression against the GTCNI competences. The session will provide practical approaches to structuring dialogue, alongside strategies for offering clear, constructive and supportive feedback, and guidance on capturing meaningful evidence for Induction and EPD portfolios.
Develop understanding of the central role of professional dialogue within induction for Early Career Teachers.
Build confidence in leading purposeful, reflective conversations informed by observation.
