The induction webinar will provide information on the key principles and practices of the induction process. It will consider the elements required to complete induction and the development of the skills of a reflective practitioner.
Develop knowledge and understanding of the requirements of induction.
Examine the induction action planning process and the structure of an induction portfolio of evidence.
Strengthen reflective practice to connect classroom approaches with personal teaching vision and professional growth.
