Autism Emotional Regulation based on the principles of Zones of Regulation

Aims:

This course aims to: 

• Provide school staff with six structured teaching sessions and accompanying resources to teach autistic pupils the concept of four emotional states, known as the ‘Zones’ and self-regulation strategies.
