Aims and Objectives
The aim of this training is to provide teachers and SENCOs with a support programme for guiding parents in supporting their child's literacy difficulties at home. Areas of support include an introduction to what literacy difficulties are, guidance to help with life at home, self-esteem, phonics, ideas to support reading, spelling, writing, ICT/assistive technology and useful websites/digital resources.
