Aims:
This facilitative workshop aims to provide staff with a solution focussed approach to support children/ young people with a profile of Social, Behavioural, Emotional and Well-Being (SBEW) needs within a busy mainstream classroom.
Staff will be provided with a structure to enable them to reflect on underlying and interacting factors in relation to SBEW.
In addition, staff will have the opportunity to develop, reflect and utilise their skills and experiences in formulating a solution circle approach to becoming ‘unstuck’ during this interactive workshop.
