Developing Social Skills through Lego/Duplo in a SPiM Classroom (Primary)

Training Aim: 

A session tailored to your individual setting needs with a focus on developing social skills through Lego/Duplo and outline the support available from the SSST.

Course Content:

This session has been specifically developed to provide interactive, fun based activities which:

• Develop an understanding of how Lego can promote positive social skills,
• Develop an understanding of how to structure a Lego/Duplo session,
• Provide setting staff with visual resources to support a Lego/ Duplo session.

Course Duration:

• A 45 minute session

Target Audience

• Primary(KS1/2), Setting Staff, School Leadership Team, Learning Support Coordinators (SENCo)
