This training package equips school staff with practical solution-focused approaches to supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, Behavioural and Wellbeing (SBEW) needs. Participants will learn how to identify and build upon pupils’ existing strengths, successes and resilience, fostering positive relationships and empowering young people to take an active role in their own progress. Through a range of evidence-informed strategies and reflective practice activities, staff will develop the skills and confidence to facilitate constructive conversations, set achievable goals and create solutions that promote engagement, wellbeing and positive behavioural outcomes across the school environment.
