Training Aim:
To provide Specialist Provision staff with an overview of strategies to promote Attention, Listening & Engagement, and outline the support available from the SSST.
Course Structure/Content:
This session has been specifically structured to provide an overview of the following:
1. Support the practical development of attention, listening and engagement skills in a Specialist Provision.
2. Provide suggested resources and links for activities suitable for each stage.
3. Develop an understanding of strategies to support our multisensory learners.
4. To provide an overview of further SSST support available to complement the strategies outlined.
