AIMS:

  • Discuss, within a Positive Behaviour Management framework, key values which support our work
  • Discuss ideas, resources and strategies which are being used successfully in schools across Northern Ireland
  • Considering throughout challenges to success both operational and emotional
  • Encourage the ‘team brain’ to support colleagues’ solution focused planning through child-centred/best practice models
  • Signpost more specific training available at whole staff level if schools wish to develop practice further in any of the areas touched
