AIMS:

Discuss, within a Positive Behaviour Management framework, key values which support our work
Discuss ideas, resources and strategies which are being used successfully in schools across Northern Ireland
Considering throughout challenges to success both operational and emotional
Encourage the ‘team brain’ to support colleagues’ solution focused planning through child-centred/best practice models
Signpost more specific training available at whole staff level if schools wish to develop practice further in any of the areas touched
